Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of brands across all major platforms and channels, primarily e-commerce, retail, department stores, CRM, social media including paid and organic marketing, as well as events and activations.
About the Digital Marketing and CRM Executive Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Sales and Marketing team, the successful candidate will spearhead and drive traffic, awareness and conversion to digital channels through SEM, marketing database, email, paid social and display advertising campaigns.
Digital and Performance Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimise ad spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and brand team), and work closely with external agencies for timely delivery of paid and earned digital campaign assets on social media platforms
Monitor results from web analytics tools and making required optimisations
Develop a CRM programme strategy to actively drive member sign-up and improve customer lifetime value (LTV) via member-specific targeted campaigns and initiatives
Actively strategise and plan new initiatives with data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content and improve on them with regular testing
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute community initiatives through driving offline events (in-store activations, consumer and/or VIP events) to promote Samsonite brand values to the existing customer base and prospects
Produce and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling
Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer life cycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails
Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders
Provide regular campaign performance reports, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture and retain these customers
To succeed in this Digital Marketing and CRM Executive role, you will need to possess prior experience in a digital role in a consumer goods company.
Degree or diploma in mass communication, advertising, business administration or marketing is preferred
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising and promotions environment, or a similar capacity. Prior experience in digital/advertising agencies is an added advantage
A data-driven marketer skilled in creating and measuring effective campaigns
Proven experience in digital marketing and knows the best practices of digital marketing UX
In-depth digital marketing knowledge and hands-on skill sets on some of the following: including but not limited to SEM, PPC, email and SMS marketing, social, affiliate marketing, performance technology, website AB/multivariate testing, content marketing, programmatic, personalisation, DMP
Familiarity and fluency with digital/data tools, e.g. Google Analytics, BI tools, CRM/Marketing tools, etc, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challenges; and always with a sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Excellent written communication skills
