Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse digital journeys
Collaborate with various POs to review/develop the right product features
Gain in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/ capabilities for the identified platforms
Work in agile framework and be accountable for the delivery of product build road map by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised against business are published regularly
Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders periodically to refine the platform
To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of experience within product management at a bank or fintech company.
Key Requirements:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) is preferred
UFI UX 1- usability experience
Experience in implementing MarTech platforms to work well within a stack, advocating usage, and creating value out of use cases
