  • In partnership with Head of Marketing and regional marketing leadership team, take the lead on digital marketing strategy and structure, from articulation to project management and execution

  • Form strong collaborative working relationships with all members of the marketing team and contribute to a high performing team mentality across the group, always striving to bring out the best in self and others

  • Collaborate closely with local country marketing and legal teams to build an in-depth understanding of their business models, maturity and key objectives – and design digital strategies to deliver on targets and strategic imperatives

  • Own the website strategy for all markets, partnering to implement consistency, best-practice UX and experimentation roadmap

  • Identify commonalities across markets with a view to setting a meaningful, high-impact digital marketing strategy that solves for collective needs and challenges across markets, driving business growth and accelerating the success of our digital initiatives

  • Own the digital marketing roadmap and project plan, capturing all initiatives across the marketing mix in the region, including budgets, agencies and key programs and campaigns

  • Enable and facilitate best practice sharing of digital marketing initiatives across the region, fostering an experimental learning environment where results are tracked, captured and improved upon iteratively

  • Support incubation initiatives with strategic digital marketing guidance, advice and support as needed

  • Understanding of digital asset optimization and health score reporting. Provide recommendation and support changes for the optimization and improvement of asset performance.

  • Maintain best practices for digital assets for performance and analytics.

  • Co-create, monitor, and analyse experiments and with an eye for refinements for brand- and customer experience.
