An exciting Service Operation Manager/Senior Manager/Director job in a global medtech company has just become available. Based in Singapore, this role reports directly to the Vice President and Managing Director of APAC. About the Service Operation Manager/Senior Manager/Director Role: This is a newly created role. You will be responsible for the entire APAC service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategic roadmap of the global service operations
Work closely with country service and commercial leaders to design framework for efficient service operations
Drive service operations transformation
Streamline service operations and drive operations excellence
The successful Service Operation Manager/Senior Manager/Director has a strong understanding and experience with implementing LEAN system.
Key Requirements:
Master’s degree, 15 years' working experience, particularly in service operations
Strong leadership, demonstrate creative thinking skills
Strong LEAN knowledge and experience
Experience working and leading in cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation
