In this role, you will have a primary leading delivery role while supporting an automation project. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams to deliver defined objectives while facilitating synchronisation across various organisations for effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Organises and facilitates delivery-related activities such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Plans and coordinates delivery across multiple teams and manages dependencies
Manages risks and impediments for defined deliverables
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organisations
Provides status updates to stakeholders regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
Ensures execution aligns with deliverable requirements and complies with standards
To succeed in this Software Delivery Manager (eight months, extendable) role, while having effective communication, you must be able to work independently while prioritising work and deadlines.
Key Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Solid experience in process release management
Capability to work independently and as a self-starter
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
