About the Transformation & Change Analyst (Exchange Traded Derivatives) Role:
In this role, you will be spearheading change initiatives, collaborating with BAU teams globally and other stakeholders to enhance technology platforms and implement strategic solutions. You will also be part of an ambitious programme to refresh end-to-end technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with BAU teams to identify and agree upon user requirements for strategic cleared derivatives architecture solutions
Work with BAU teams to understand the impact of regulatory changes and contribute to the design of strategic solutions for implementation
Track UAT status for funded projects, managing schedules, resourcing, environments, scripts, and results reporting
Produce high-quality programme reporting, capturing and maintaining projects in the program management tool, and present program status in existing governance routines
Provide ad hoc support across the change book of work, contributing to various aspects of ongoing projects and initiatives
Be a confident communicator, conveying complex messages to diverse audiences, negotiating effectively, and navigating at all levels across the organisation
To succeed in this Transformation & Change Analyst (Exchange Traded Derivatives) role, while having effective communication, you must be able to work independently while prioritising work and deadlines.
Key Requirements:
At least six years of experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) analysis
Demonstrated experience working on a change initiative with strategic deliverables
Exhibits confident communication skills, capable of conveying complex messages to a wide audience
Credibility across ETD with experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives Execution or Clearing Operations or having worked in a supporting BAU process
Ideally, with experience using an Exchange Traded Derivatives clearing platform, though not essential
Shows experience in driving processes forward independently, seeking guidance when necessary
Displays intellectual curiosity and an understanding of the driving forces behind processes
