About the Role
We are looking for highly-driven individuals to join our high-performing culture as a Sales Team Lead. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the sales team to create values for our customers by:- Discovering the challenges each prospect faces and diagnose how Omnilytics is the right solution for them
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with Omnilytics’ dream customers
- Conducting product demos with each qualified prospect and articulate clearly Omnilytic’s value propositions
- Leading prospects through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Sales Development and Client Success team
- Working closely with the Sales Development team to build the pipeline and strategise on how to approach targeted accounts
- Leading the sales team by providing the necessary technical training, ensuring tasks delegation and monitoring progress and keeping track of the team’s performance metrics
- Ensuring the team’s documentation and record upkeep as per the process laid by the Company
- Assisting the Sales Manager in strategising and identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in either the Fashion (preferably in Buying/Merchandising) or SaaS industry
- Successful track record in acquisition
- Ability to build a trusted advisor relationship with potential clients quickly and effectively. This requires strong listening skills as well as the ability to ask great questions.
- Genuinely believes in the power of data in unlocking business growth
- Discipline and comfortable navigating a highly autonomous environment
- Coachability and learns quickly, eagerly and proactively
- Proactivity in approaching problems/challenges and view them as opportunities for greater excellence
- Highly flexible and adaptable towards change in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and collaboration skills and express yourself effectively in spoken or written language
Nice-to-haves:
- Practical, hands-on experience in Fashion Merchandising and/or Buying
- Proficiency with Salesforce
