  • Working Independently And Together With The Sales Team Go After New Leads Throughout The Region And Work To Identify Customer Pain Points And Devise Solutions With The Technical Team.

Sales/Business Development:

  • Building The Arcstone Business By Pro-Actively Targeting New Clients And Markets Thereby Securing And Building New Clients

  • Developing The Existing Client Portfolio By Closely Working With Them, Understanding Their Needs And Ensuring Optimal Support/Follow-Up For Upsells And New Modules They May Want To Use.

  • Work Closely With Our Clients And Technical Teams To Understand Their Business Needs And Handle A High Volume Of Business Engagements

  • Interact Directly With Our Partners And Clients To Develop And Deliver Proposals, Presentations And Demos

    Occasionally Attend/Present/Speak At Conferences To Drive Arcstones Educational Aspects And Solutions To A Broader Audience

Sales Management:

  • Managing An End-To-End Sales Process Including Sales Workflows, Stage Gating Processes, Setting Qualification Criteria, CRM Management, Reporting And Review Progresses And Setting Quarterly Targets Using Hubspot & Existing Arcstone Toolsets

  • Mentor New Team Members As And When Needed To Build A Strong Sales And Marketing Team
