Agility Research & Strategy is currently looking for a dynamic candidate to fill this position for our New Data and Insights Platform AFFLUENTIAL . AFFLUENTIAL is a leading subscription based platform for insights and data for leading brands looking to gain market share from affluent consumers across verticals.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to drive new business development for the company.
 
Job description
  • The successful candidate must have a previous successful business development track record and be comfortable dealing with luxury and premium brand decision makers.
  • The key role is primarily Business development and developing key client relationships. Being able to be proficient in subscription consultative selling of similar data platforms will be an advantage
  • To be proactive with identifying and developing new business and sending out proposals to clients
  • To manage account relationships under the direction of the senior management
  • To host client sharing round tables and insights events
  • Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Approximately 3 to 6 years of selling experience with senior audiences in similar information services companies
  • Experience in market research/consulting and knowledge of luxury premium brands will be a key advantage
  • Passionate about consumer insights and brands and working with clients to solve their information needs
  • Proven track record of sales and meeting targets and comes with strong local network
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on, hard-working and motivated by a business in its “growth phase” and able to thrive in a start-up environment
  • High energy, can-do attitude and a go getter
  • Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Willing to travel
  • Languages: fluent English and Mandarin
