Job Description
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for digital marketing communication plan which includes, website development, social media, search engine marketing and online advertising.
Support corporate and brand digital marketing initiatives.
Develop overall SEO strategies, involving keyword research, content auditing, competitor analysis and content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link-building activities to discover content topics to drive consumer engagement and audience growth to websites.
Manage content for the hotel’s website and ensure information are up to date.
Drive e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
Work closely with Revenue team on the management of OTAs communications.
Oversee collaborations and maximise marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communication onto platforms.
Assist and/or create content for all the hotel’s social media platforms and drive engagement.
Identify potential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and execute strategies to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.
Review and identify digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.
Manage digital reporting tools for hotel and communicate reports internally as well as supervise action plans for improvements where needed.
Manage the updates and monitor the content of the preferred platforms and websites – PHG Meetings, Preferred Hotels, Preferred Family, I Prefer.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in digital marketing for service industry. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Detailed knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
Good command of written and spoken English. Basic understanding of other languages will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of the pre-opening team.
