​Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Smilepoint.  As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our patient base, increasing revenue, and ensuring excellent patient experiences. This role also involves managing the front desk team, making it essential for the candidate to have strong people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital transformation projects: 

projects to improve customer experience and efficiency
Business Growth:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, dental professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to drive patient referrals.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clinic growth, including expansion into new services or patient demographics.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new patients.
Patient Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing patients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
Gather patient feedback and insights to continually improve our services and patient experience.
Address patient concerns and ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Front Desk Management:
Lead and manage the front desk team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out procedures, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
Ensure that front desk staff provides exceptional customer service and adheres to clinic policies and procedures.
Financial Performance:
Collaborate with the clinic management to set and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall clinic profitability.
Community Engagement:
Represent the clinic at local events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote our services.
Build a positive reputation for the clinic within the local community.

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of dental industry trends and regulations is a plus.
