Job Purpose
The Manager - Client Catalyst plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by assisting the Head and team in client solutioning through creative ideation and media storytelling. This position is integral to crafting innovative strategies that effectively communicate client messages and enhance brand presence in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation:
Generate and develop innovative ideas and concepts for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
2. Media Storytelling:
Craft compelling narratives and storylines that resonate with target audiences across various media platforms.
3. Client Solutioning:
Collaborate with the Head and team to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and challenges, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking.
4. Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for client engagement.
5. Presentation and Pitching:
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing proposed solutions and strategies effectively.

Oversee the execution of client projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
7. Relationship Management:

Qualifications and Work Experience
1. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth through creative solutioning and media storytelling.
Deep understanding of advertising, branding, and digital media landscape, with knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
