Position Overview
Our intergration services team is hiring a junior IT support analyst to provide guidance and technical support
Role & Responsibilities
Virtualization Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Nutanix, VMware or Hyper-V is helpful, but you can learn on the job
Systems Administration: Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux is mandatory
Networking Basics: Understanding concepts like TCP/IP and firewalls is a good to have skills
Monitoring and Maintenance: You'll learn how to monitor cloud systems (like AWS and Azure) and perform maintenance tasks as you gain experience
Service Level Maintenance: Good to have knowledge in performing regular maintenance tasks to meet service level objectives
Documentation: Keeping records and following guidelines is important, and you’ll learn the best practices as you go
Ticketing Systems: Proficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira is important for managing support queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues
Requirements
2-4 years of IT Experience (Systems Engineering, Systems Administration (windows, Linux)
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
Confident in troubleshooting
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High-quality service and customer satisfaction
Innovative, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams
This role requires 24/7 support, including morning, evening, night shifts, and weekend work, depending on operational needs
The position will be based in an office environment, with occasional remote troubleshooting responsibilities for interface connectivity issues
