Position Overview
Candidate will be part of the team to develop, implement and maintain the Healthcare Control Library (HCL), control assurance framework and third-party risk management programme.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the HCL Programme for IT, Data Management, third party management.
Plan, facilitate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the various teams.
Work with senior management to prioritise the HCL development taking into consideration planned policy releases, business needs and resource availability.
Work with MOH and relevant stakeholders on the adoption of the HCL across Public Healthcare Institutions where applicable.
Implement and maintain the control assurance framework with key stakeholders.
Work with the Compliance Assurance to ensure that HCL is incorporated in the Synapxe Healthcare Control Self-Assessment (HSCA) Programme.
Implement and maintain the third-party risk management framework to ensure effectiveness of third party risk management activities.
Provide management and relevant stakeholders with a regular update on the status and highlight key concerns as needed.
Raise awareness to staff.
Be the focal point for all queries from internal and external stakeholders including audit.
Requirements
University Degree or equivalent with major study in Computer Science/ Information technology.
At least 7 to 10 years of working experience in the public sector or multinational corporation, with good knowledge of IT processes, data management and risk management.
Aptitude and experience in first, second or third lines of defense and familiar with enterprise risk management concepts including risk & control self-assessment and policy management.
Candidates with CISA or CIA or CISM certifications would be advantageous.
