Job Description
Lead a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales target
Develop and serve major clienteles
Maintain orderly day-to-day operations
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in the recruitment industry
Experience in managing an ICT Recruitment team is a plus.
Strong motivator and result-driven person
Proven track record of success in sales
Ability to plan and strategize
