About the role
Alumni is looking for an Technical Delivery and Project Consultant for our global business, based out of Singapore. The role will be responsible for delivery of large-scale technical transformations across all many industries, primarily FSI, Telco, Logistics and Hospitality. The role will also manage relationships with client’s management teams, technical representatives, and technical partners, as well as supporting sales and pre-sales functions.
About you
12+ years' experience (top tier consultancy experience preferred)
5+ years’ recent financial services experience
5 years’ experience delivering large scale digital transformation projects
Experience with clients in sectors including FSI, Telco, Insurance, logistics industries
Deep project delivery knowledge including both traditional P3MO and Agile
Experience in Change management
Has lead core banking transformation and migration projects
Proven experience operating both strategically and tactically operating successfully with both C-Suite and operational staff
Understands the value of cloud and can articulate the benefits of a cloud transformation
Has participated in business development, pre-sales, or technical design on new opportunities
Has a strong interest in emerging technologies and practical knowledge of how they apply to digital transformation and disruption across different industries (e.g. Streaming, blockchain, AI/ML, Robotics, Cloud)
Can demonstrate project governance artifacts that they have created
Bachelors Degree (IT or engineering) or equivalent
Project management certified (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, PMBOK)
Agile certified (e.g. CSM, SAFe, etc)
Fluency in English, - advantageous to speak Mandarin, Cantonise or Tagalog, as it would be of benefit to communicate with clients
