Job Purpose
The Strategy, Marketing & Commercial Excellence function is a strategically positioned unit that equips commercial teams in Teleflex Asia Pacific (APAC) with the right set of capabilities to drive sustainable business growth. The unit focuses on strategic organic & inorganic growth initiatives, sales & marketing excellence, digital marketing, digital transformation, customer experience, business intelligence and analytics. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist, who will play a key role in developing digital engagement strategies and delivering healthcare professional (HCP) digital marketing and customer engagement programs. Based in Singapore, this individual will work closely with the APAC Digital Marketing Lead to partner with relevant business unit (BU) sales and marketing teams to develop integrated multi-channel marketing plans to drive full-funnel activation and optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
Support APAC Digital Marketing Lead in HCP digital marketing strategy development and execution, leveraging both inbound and outbound marketing tactics to drive full-funnel activation
Define digital content & media strategy, oversee content planning and development, in collaboration with BU sales and marketing teams
Digital Content & Channel Management
Develop, adapt, manage, and optimize digital content and digital marketing assets, as well as create a content repository to enable efficient and timely access for BUs and in-country marketing
Manage social media / eDM content calendar and submissions across countries by working closely with BUs and in-country marketing to refresh and optimize digital content
Use social media / CRM / Marketing Automation solutions such as Hootsuite / Sprinklr / MailChimp / SAP Marketing Cloud to execute & manage digital marketing campaigns with support from digital agencies
Digital Campaign Execution & Platform Management
Lead cross-functional digital activation teams to set up, launch, manage, and optimize social media & eDM campaigns, as well as orchestrating across face-to-face and digital channels for greater personalization
Supervise day-to-day activity across various digital platforms to ensure achievement of customer engagement goals (e.g. improving customer experience, increasing digital engagement, growing website traffic, and increasing brand loyalty)
Digital Marketing Analytics
Monitor and report on appropriate digital platform/channel analytics and KPIs to track progress on full-funnel activation effectiveness, campaign attribution, and return on investment for digital media (owned, earned, paid), inbound and outbound marketing tactics
Analyze digital marketing campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and suggest opportunities for improvement in customer engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention
Digital Capability Building
Provide guidance to commercial teams on digital marketing and omnichannel customer engagement trends and their implications on the business
Collaborate across commercial teams and drive results by continuously optimizing the customer experience by running test-and-learn sprints, documenting failures, and scaling successes
Essential Skills / Experience
Tertiary qualification in Communications & New Media, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the B2B or B2B2C industry. Consumer Health, Pharma, Medtech industry experience is a plus. Agency or start-up experience is an asset.
Digital native, with a strong passion for new technology innovations and applications
Experienced and knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation solutions (MailChimp / Hubspot / SAP Marketing Cloud), Email Marketing, Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Wechat, etc.) and Digital Campaign Management preferred
Hands on experience in digital content creation and campaign execution. Experience in multinational campaign execution is a plus.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, including multi-touch attribution, impression tracking, customer journey, omnichannel/campaign analytics methodologies, and marketing analytics
Strong project management and consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and present well
