AI Talkbot Conversation Designer

Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand client business requirements and deliver solutions using the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform.

  • Design and implement the AI Talkbot on WIZ platform which includes designing the talkbot responses, managing the language corpus, configuring the rules and logic

  • Work with NLP technology (ASR, NLU) in implementing voicebot technology.

  • Use your problem-solving skills by considering several approaches to implement the solution utilizing the platform's tools/features.

  • Test and verify the created talkbot by acting as an end-user to check that all the possible cases/scenarios were covered.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the talkbot to ensure a good customer experience.

  • Post-processing of recorded voices to train TTS & ASR models.

  • Complete requirement analysis, manage efficient project timeline, and handle client’s expectation if needed.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in related fields (Linguistics/ Media communication / Marketing, or other relevant degrees).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English is required).

  • Excellent self-learning, logical thinking, and problem-solving capability.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic; driven to meet or exceed expectations; careful attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in Chatbot, Conversation Design or design will be a big bonus.

  • Relevant work/Internship experience and knowledge in NLP/NLU, flow chart, state transition diagram will be a plus;
