Job Description:

• Own and achieve annual sales targets for the assigned account and/or territory

• Achieve or exceed all enterprise-level business financial measures through territory planning, execution and fulfilment strategies that deliver on customer needs

• Build and grow executive relationships with enterprise customers with ability to pitch to CxOs level with industry Point-of-View business insights

• Ability to secure executive sponsorship for deals and ensure deals are qualified

• Develop new markets and strengthen customer base. Proactively develop existing accounts - Develop cross-sale and upsell opportunities and with strong ability to develop and acquire green logos

• Maintain a 3-5x pipeline size and achieve a minimum of 30% conversion rate on leads

• Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying, developing pipelines to deal closure in order to meet sales targets on new and existing accounts

• Ability to manage excellent deal cadence

• Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives

• Prepare sales collateral and pitch proposals to potential and existing partners.

• understand industry-specific landscapes and trends

Qualifications and Skills Requirement

• Minimum 7+ years of sales experience

• Must have previous experience in SaaS / enterprise application software / solution selling / cloud computing

• Serviced clients in the Telco / Banking / Fintech / Financial Services / Insurance / Healthcare or Government sectors

• Ability to conduct CxO level engagement and secure executive sponsorship for deals

• Comfortable working in a high growth environment with fast pace and resourcefulness

• Proven ability to drive end to end sales

• Willingness to learn

• BS/IT degree or equivalent preferred
