We are looking for a strong Senior Product Director in driving our product strategy and applying Voice AI technology to build smart customer engagement products for enterprise customers. The exact scope may vary according to individuals’ expertise and experience, which are not limited to the following:

What you'll do if you join us:

1. Drive the market research including customer's industry trend, business opportunities, customer needs and revenue space, to deliver industry segmentation and targeting, and also target buyer persona development;

2. As product line owner, to define product strategy & planning based on market positioning and competitive analysis; to establish clear objectives and milestones in each country and region;

3. Lead product manager team to design the end-to-end complete solutions for target industries and business scenarios; to understand and transform customer problems and value target into product related requirements, and work closely with AI experts & engineering to translate requirements into technical specification ensuring product success.

4. Lead cross-functional teams during the entire life cycle of product development;

5. Design and evaluate experiments that monitor business, product and model metrics and analyze product improvement opportunities from these data;

What you should bring to the table:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communications, engineering, finance, or related fields;

2. 3 or more years of experience in product management or product marketing;

3. Strong expertise in business or customer engagement in areas of: FSI industry such as banking, insurance, or other fin-tech domains; or marketing and campaign management; or Chatbot and messaging; or BPO and contact center, etc.

4. Passionate, result drive and having a can-do attitude;

5. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to understand complex issues and identify the root cause, capable of critical thinking and making data-driven decisions;

6. Good interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members;
