The role involves working alongside client teams to help influence culture and design systems, processes, and tools to support agile culture and values. You will need to be comfortable talking to and influencing business stakeholders while understanding the technical implications of customer requirements. A key part of this role is to bring a toolkit of ideas to support our clients to make fewer mistakes than they otherwise would have without us.

- Runs a module (part of the storyline), coaching, creates slides and completes analysis • Demonstrates strong structured thinking and planning of their module of work to provide confidence to the client and client partner
- Creates structured communications for the deliverables of the case
- Actively coaches more junior consultants in developing and improving their consultant toolkit • Coaches managers, tribe leads and product owners in delivering value
- Utilises project (industry knowledge, specific capability) to engage current clients • Collaborates and shares expertise with others in the firm to build firm expertise • Assist Partners, Principals and Project Leads with writing proposals
