**Digital Local Payment Dashboard**

- Collaborate with Product & Analytics to conceptualize and develop a comprehensive digital local payment dashboard.

 

- Analyze local payment trends and provide in-depth insights to guide future initiatives and enhancements.

 

**Design Customer Journey with Data**

 

- Work with various stakeholders to understand customer needs and design a seamless digital experience across all touch points.

 

- Conduct customer immersions, gather feedback, and research market best practices to create a user-friendly UI experience.

- Analyze customer profiles, segmentation, and transactional behavior to understand pain points and opportunities.

 

**Enhance Local Payment Customer Journey**

 

- Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline employee workflows in digital local payments.

- Leverage internal data to identify opportunities to increase digital local payment adoption.

 

**Drive Digital Initiatives in Local Payments and Transfer**

 

- Partner with Tech & Business teams and stakeholders to develop digital initiatives for Local Payments.

 

- Utilize market data to propose enhancement recommendations.

 

- Support post-implementation tasks, including user training, troubleshooting production issues, Live verification and escalation.
