Job description

 

Digital Product Manager - Bank

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and managing digital banking solutions, collaborating with technology and operational teams, providing support for integration with existing systems and processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, UX/UI design, marketing, data analytics, and technology to conceptualize and implement innovative digital propositions for SMEs

  • Work with colleagues from Bank’s key markets to gather and sharpen user requirements, and assist in prioritising solutions

  • Assist in data collections and improving dashboarding of information presentations, making use of data-driven principles 

  • Provide support to internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and COO colleagues, to enhance their understanding of digital banking journeys & propositions to enable them to effectively engage enterprise customers, thereby increasing digital share

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks which may include presentation materials to senior management and organise events to promote various digital banking solutions across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus

  • Experience in digital banking, product management, or a related role, with a focus on designing customer journeys and propositions, preferably for SMEs, is a plus

  • Fair understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and customer experience best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive informed decision making.

  • Ability to assist in project management, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
