This role contributes to ACHIEVE’s success by acting as a strategic business partner in planning and executing with excellence the business development strategy that will bring our company forward in our expansionary programme.
As the ‘face’ of the company, you will take the lead role in developing new business with the senior management, particularly in the contract staffing arena. You will identify market trends and industry needs, and build a sales pipeline in accordance with targets set and lead in their implementation.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform business development activities and acquire new customers with contract staffing needs
- Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs set
- Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
- Qualify leads and negotiate terms offered to clients
- Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery of our services
- Closely monitor and prepare submissions for government and private tenders
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in IT/ICT is a must
- Target-oriented with a strong hunter attitude
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders
