Our vibrant company is looking for a Presales Consultant who will be responsible for the following primary functions:

Responsibilities:
  
  • Prospect, identify and establish new customers.
  • Engage customers to understand their business and technical requirements in order to propose solutions.
  • Part of a team of consultants that is proficient in business process methodologies such as design thinking and business process re-engineering for pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve the sales quota.
  • Work with cross-functional teams involving UX and Tech to develop integrated IT solutions for both existing and new clients.
  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  • Engage and develop a strong network with decision-makers/key influencers within the customer community and vendor community.
  • Develop long term and trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the customers’ environment.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by Reporting Manager or Management.
Prerequisites:
  • Have at least three (3) years of software development life cycle implementation experience in medium to large scale projects
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Experience in government projects will be an added advantage
  • Experience in low-code platforms will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of Data Science will be an added advantage
  • Experience in agile development, mobile development, cloud infrastructure, or DevSecOps will be an added advantage
  • Experience in design thinking, business process re-engineering, or change management will be an added advantage
