Responsibilities:
You will be working in the People Strategy and Leadership team to review, analyse, and enhance core Learning and Development practices within Sea and its subsidiaries. Sea is a fast-growing organization with exciting opportunities abound. You will be leading Learning and Development Strategy in a fast paced, globalized, and intellectually stimulating environment. In addition, you'll have responsibility for proactively engaging an influencing key, senior stakeholders to role model a Learning Culture, and drive people capability across diverse groups of colleagues.
Responsibilities include
Oversee overall Learning and Development framework across Sea and its subsidiaries.
Review existing Learning and Development practices across various functions.
Lead the development and implementation of Learning and Development related initiatives across Sea and its subsidiaries.
Guide the research and design of new Learning and Development modules based on competency models and learnings for various functions and teams.
Advice People teams on new trends, tools, and industry best practices for Learning and Development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from reputable universities.
Strong track record leading corporate Learning and Development and developing team of Learning and Development specialists.
Past experience managing all aspects of the learning cycle, including development and implementation of career journeys, competency frameworks and other organisational development interventions.
Commercially focused with a track record of delivering learning interventions which have had a measurable impact on business results.
Professional, engaging, with the gravitas to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels in a fast paced, dynamic, and globalized environment.
Accreditation in psychometric tools such as Workplace Big Five, MBTI and coaching qualifications a plus.
