Section A: Summary of Job

This role sits within Sales & Origination in Energy and Financial Solutions department. The sales & origination manager will be key to support the senior Sales & Origination team and demonstrated ability to drive execution, engage clients and commercial.

Section B: Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountable for coordination of KYC, on boarding and ISDA negotiations on new clients by working closely with sales team and internal credit, compliance and legal team.

• Execute and deal capture the day-to-day flow business as well as those identified by senior Sales & Originators

• Create external and internal PowerPoint pitch books and presentations to educate external and internal clients

▪ Develop, maintain and communicate all daily, monthly and annually Dashboard reporting for the EFS team timely - including pipelines and missed opportunities

▪ Continue to learn and grow by participating in formal and informal training within the desk and company

▪ Market OTC LNG and Oil products (vanilla & bespoke) to producers/consumers in Asia Pacific region

▪ Articulate the benefits of a portfolio of solutions and product capabilities by Pavilion Energy and Financial Solutions business and apply market knowledge and client-know how skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences/clients.

▪ Develop and diversify recurring income, originating new transactions from clients

▪ Adhere to and understand risks to Pavilion Energy and the client resulting from successful conclusion of transactions

▪ Collaborate within the team and across businesses to encourage cross selling

Section C: Job Requirements (Specific Skills or Knowledge)

• A degree in finance, business or engineering

• Good market understanding

• Strong database, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software skills required

• Ability to develop and make presentations to educate and present to external and internal clients

• Innovative and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment

• Additional language skill in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is strongly preferred

• Detailed and hands-on.

• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to work well with others.

• 3-5 years’ of relevant experience on derivatives sales in a bank or financial institutions.

• Experience in both energy physicals and derivatives sales is preferred
