Job Description

With strong growth plans from 2021Q3, we are seeking achievement-focused individuals to lead our recruitment teams as Recruitment Sales Team Managers.
As a team leader in our expansionary programme, you will be charged with engaging new and existing clients, partnering them to shape their staffing strategy, developing recommendations to close deals, along with ensuring delivery with a dynamic team of recruitment consultants.

To be successful, you should have recruitment experience in 1 or more industries, and be passionate about driving sales strategy and achieving targets. As the leader of a team, you need strong leadership capability to develop your team’s strengths, and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets every quarter.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets
  • Develop new business and serve existing clientele
  • Mentor and motivate a team of consultants
  • Maintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company protocol
  • Keep abreast of market trends and provide insights to clients
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment sales
  • Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets
  • Good exposure in at least 1 key industry for 5-8 years
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is required
  • Ability to plan and strategise
  • Strong motivator and results driven
