You will be part of the SATS Digital Customer Experience & Analytics team as hands-on solution and data automation engineer. This role is expected to be independent team player who will design, develop, test and support SATS application. You will be working closely with product manager and other key stakeholders to deliver automation applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working closely with lead software engineer on application design and standardization • Responsible for design, build, test and deployment of web and data automation applications • Monitor and perform troubleshooting to continuously improve the overall robustness of application
• Stay current on new products and learn new technology/skill/application
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree holder in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science with 4 years of experience in web, mobile and automation
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing web applications and services • Experience with IoT platform development will be an additional advantage
• Knowledge in Azure cloud services and RPA software tools
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform on Azure including PowerApps and Power Automate • Fluency in both structured and unstructured data (SQL, NOSQL)
• Strong communication skills in helping non-technical audience understand complex technical concepts
• Great attention to detail and quality
