The Role Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding & Management:

  • On behalf of Product owner and product owner delegate, represent business views in vendor risk assessment discussions.

  • Timely update on progress related to risk assessments (tech will coordinate and lead) but provide overall status on progress to Property stakeholders.

  • Co-ordinate internal required compliance, ICS, Legal and SCM related approvals.

  • Timely escalation of any onboarding related challenges.

  • Manage vendor relationship to ensure delivery meets contractual obligations and quality standards.

Project Planning, Resource Management & Reporting

  • Develop comprehensive project plan including outlining dependencies, risks associated with implementation

  • Resource planning and allocation including defining requirements for vendor partners to support on tasks such as data migration, validation, and user testing.

  • Single point of contact for all project related updates and overall responsibility to manage budgets, funding approvals & PgSC updates.

  • Defining governance structure and reporting on project delivery (Agile vs Waterfall)

Refining & Configuring Business Requirements – Process, Finance & Technology

  • Work with the Product owner & delegate to define, redesign Asset Management processes to align with new technology improvements.

  • Work with the R2R team to define and deliver on an SAP CLM Integration for lease accounting.

  • Work with R2P team & SAHAR Asia appointed vendor to define and deliver on rent payment and receivable process leveraging the new lease administration platform.

  • Defining requirements to enable configuration of business rules & approvals aligning to the asset management platform in the new technology

Risk Management

  • Identify and report on project risks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Proactively address challenges, anticipate potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure the successful execution of the project.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and project team

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges and achievements

  • Deliver regular program status update for executive leadership as and when required.

Post-implementation BAU approach

  • Work on cutover approach and sunset of existing system, depending on cloud approvals and country approach

  • Set up support level tiers along with TTO and vendor engagement

  • User access as per defined role definitions and teams

  • Access to system data, reporting module and automation of key AM metrics dissemination

  • Feedback loop to vendor for future system developments

Our Ideal Candidate

Fixed term role for 12 months duration

  • Relevant experience, within real estate or financial services and with good understanding of complex platform installations

  • 10+years of experience in project management related to large scale complex technology implementation projects

  • Creative problem-solving skills to successfully deliver a critical software 

  • Third party vendor management 

  • Experience in Property lease administration service or lease administration technology would be a plus. 

  • Professional certifications

  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, risk governance and controls will be preferred

  • Experience with ‘agile’ ways of working and be comfortable working in ambiguity
