Responsibilities
- Play the role of Project Executive in digital experience projects, developing and upgrading new digital channels and applications
- Build up deep technical skills in Adobe Experience Manager and sharpen skills in this area proactively and continuously, through involvement in related projects
- Be responsible for ensuring quality of deliverables through sound technical design, adherence to development best practices and stringent testing
- Collaborate widely across all participating countries, teams and stakeholders in projects
- Assist the project or product managers in project governance activities, such as the Group Technology Panel process
- Comply with internal audit requirements for the project
- Play the role of Operations Specialist for critical public websites and mobile apps (“digital channels”) within the CapitaLand Group, such as capitaland.com and the-ascott.com
- Develop a strong operations mindset and attitude to maximize availability and performance of the 24x7 digital channels under your care
- Manage and coordinate with application maintenance and support (AMS) vendors in fulfilling the operational objectives of availability, stability, performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze data, prioritize effectively and maintain situational awareness at all times to optimize service delivery outcomes of the AMS vendors of digital channels
- Apply creative thinking, Design Thinking and outcome driven approaches to problem solving
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computing or Software Engineering
- Possess knowledge or experience in application support in the capacity of ticket management, platform operations and/or application support engineer
- Possess significant knowledge or experience in one or more programming languages
- Possess experience in administration or website development on any content management system (CMS)
The following requirements are optional but will be advantageous:
- Experience in agile project methodology
- Functional experience in real estate, hospitality, travel, bookings, payments, digital marketing or UI/UX design
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin – the candidate may be required to work closely with IT teams and vendors in the region
- Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel overseas for short business trips
