Key Responsibilities

P&L & Commercial Ownership

  • Own end-to-end E-commerce P&L across Singapore platforms.

  • Lead commercial negotiations with platforms (trading terms, commission structures, co-op funds, campaign participation).

  • Set annual and monthly sales targets, ensuring delivery through structured volume waterfalls.

  • Track and manage GTN ladders, margin structures, and ROI by platform.

Platform Growth & Campaign Management

  • Build and execute annual platform business plans aligned to NPD launches, seasonal peaks, and mega campaigns

  • Partner with platform account managers to secure prime visibility (search share, banners, flash sales, live events).

  • Drive category leadership by increasing traffic, CVR, and AOV through data-driven levers.

Marketing & Partnerships

  • Oversee digital marketing spend allocation (search, display, affiliates, influencers, vouchers).

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness (ROAS, CPA) and continuously optimize spend.

  • Innovate partnership opportunities (cross-brand bundles, affiliate programs, creator collaborations) to unlock incremental growth.

  • Ensure seamless brand consistency across all online platforms.

Data & Insights

  • Own funnel diagnostics (traffic × CVR × AOV), returns analysis, and customer journey mapping.

  • Deliver actionable insights from platform dashboards, GA4, and campaign analytics to inform decision-making.

  • Lead post-campaign reviews with clear “Keep / Fix / Kill / Start” recommendations.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver an integrated channel strategy.

  • Ensure S&OP alignment with supply chain for availability, WOS, and campaign readiness.

  • Partner with Customer Service on returns, chat handling, and platform penalties.

  • Represent e-commerce in cross-functional planning forums, ensuring online has equal strategic weight as offline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 6–10 years’ experience in e-commerce / commercial roles, ideally with platform exposure (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Amazon).

  • Proven track record of owning P&Ls and delivering GMV growth while managing margin discipline.

  • Strong negotiation skills with platforms and proven ability to secure favorable terms.

  • Experience with digital marketing ROI management (search, display, affiliates, influencers).

  • Solid analytical skills with fluency in GA4, platform dashboards, and Excel.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of creative partnerships and campaign innovations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
