- Support sales team.
- Handle email/phone enquiries.
- Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
- Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for clients order, account statuses and other relevant problems.
- Coordination of shipping schedule.
- Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc).
- Follow up with clients on the phone for administrative purposes.
- Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties.
- Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of relevant experience is required.
- Experience with B2B selling skills will be an advantage.
