We are expanding our product portfolio as well as our presence across Asia and Europe and are looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Singapore region.
What you will be doing
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Novade products within a specified set of named Commercial accounts. The role will also be required to develop and work with the channel partners in Singapore, in exceeding sales objectives. This role manages all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management,
qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, close and account care. This is a quota‐carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing …
Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within Singapore region.
You will be responsible for the development and sales performance of the Singapore market working closely with our Singapore based Channel Partner.
Develop and manage sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
Nurture and expand the company’s relationship within customer accounts within Singapore region
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
Persuasively communicate the value of our solutions in terms of value and impact on customer business goals.
You will also work closely with our marketing teams to market our solutions and gather feedback on customer and market needs.
Directly interact with our professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are…
Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills in English is essential
At least 3 years plus experience in software sales, preferably in the mentioned territories
Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers for both existing and new accounts.
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
A Hunter with a Proven track record of selling on value and engagement with C-Suite management.
Be comfortable with technology, mobile apps and cloud services.
