- To lead the Innovation and Strategic Business Centre.
- To be responsible for the profitability of this profit centre.
- To develop and grow the market for the products from this centre.
- To generate new sales leads.
- To identify customer's needs by e.g. requirements gathering and present appropriate solutions.
- To achieve sales targets set by Management.
- Experience in managing/preparing quotations, proposals, tenders including costing/pricing, presentation slides, etc
- Preferably with networks in the education and built environment business sectors.
- 5 to 10 years sales experience minimum in business development, selling IT services / solutions to both private and public sector.
- Good fundamental understanding of enterprise IT systems, software product, application, development, cloud services.
- Good attitude, honest, willingness to learn, strong networking and self-learning skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a team player.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates must be confident, possess good presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Sales and Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Familiar with education sector, urban planning industry and government procurement process a plus
