- Provide deep expertise in specific industries or business functions,
- Influence and coach managers, tribe leads and product owners to deliver business and customer value
- Utilise industry knowledge or specific capability to engage current clients
- Own your workplan and storyline while coaching and developing your team • Act as a leader on projects to prioritise at an epic level for initiatives and user story level for teams
- Coaching teams in a wide range of situations across industries and functions • Facilitation and training in a practical and engaging way to Senior Executives, Management Teams and Agile Teams
- Transform traditional teams into Agile Teams
Structured thinking / Frames problems
- Demonstrate strong structured thinking and planning to provide confidence to the client and client partner
- Lead structured communications for the deliverables of every case
- Develop trust-based relationships with clients, as well as be recognised as a specialist in implementation and delivering results
- Work directly with senior clients
- Understand what drives value for the client and pragmatically drives the team and client towards those goals
- Proactively and regularly engage clients to enhance your network
- Participate in business development activities including sales and writing proposals YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience helping executives change their mindset
- Holistic understanding of business challenges
- Experience coaching and/or leading large teams
- Experience in financial services, telecommunications, customer service, healthcare, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries would be well-regarded
- Experience in tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
