Job Description

RNF Licensing

  • Drive and manage day-to-day operation and end-to-end process of RNF and compliance-related initiatives, including but not limited to performing all RNF applications, misconduct reporting, MAS 753 reporting, monthly consolidation and circulation of RNF registers to ensure compliance of the BAU RNF process.

  • Drive and manage end-to-end management of Bank’s declaration exercises, including but not limited to liaising with Compliance for any required staff declarations, drafting and sending out timely reminders to staff and Line Managers, engaging Talent Resourcing or other relevant teams to look into exceptional responses.

  • Manage and prepare regulatory reports for submission to relevant authorities.

HR Data

  • Manage staff data to ensure integrity and up-to-date staff data in HR System, covering the following (but not limited to):

  • Issuance of letters to staff on movement/transfers, confirmation, appointment to new position

  • Maintenance of personal files for all staff

  • Management of all staff information in HR System

  • Prepare regular / adhoc regulatory reports on employee data where applicable

Reporting and Analytics

  • Drive and implement relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.

  • Analyze data and statistics to form insights to improve recruitment practices, staff motivation, turnover, compliant to employment laws/ MAS regulations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or management, human resource, or any related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in human resources practice.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Technical HR Knowledge – At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (RNF lodgement/ due diligence/ onboarding)

  • Strong Data Management / Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Knowledge of human resource practices in banking industry or various industries in the domestic and international landscapes

  • Analytical and Conceptual Thinking – Ability to think on their feet and be able to put forth argument on people-related matters based on HR best practices

  • Experience with data management and Oracle report writing tools 

  • Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
