Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the management team to plan and develop strategic goals to take the business to the next level, shape the business model and execute accordingly.
  • Take ownership of P&L, financial statements, reports and implement business initiatives based on data interpretation.
  • Oversee and manage the overall sales activities of the company including sales team, project delivery, back-office operation, partnership team, accounting & legal related matters with the Sr. Managers (both in Singapore and abroad).
  • Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore new opportunities (both in Singapore and abroad).
  • Implement market strategies to drive sustainable sales
  
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a tier 1 University.
  • Minimum of Grade A for Mathematics in GCE `A’ Levels or equivalent.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • General Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous, organised and well structured.
  • Ambitious and driven by success.
  • Loves 1st place.
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Enterprise sales or system integrations.
