Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team to plan and develop strategic goals to take the business to the next level, shape the business model and execute accordingly.
- Take ownership of P&L, financial statements, reports and implement business initiatives based on data interpretation.
- Oversee and manage the overall sales activities of the company including sales team, project delivery, back-office operation, partnership team, accounting & legal related matters with the Sr. Managers (both in Singapore and abroad).
- Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore new opportunities (both in Singapore and abroad).
- Implement market strategies to drive sustainable sales
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a tier 1 University.
- Minimum of Grade A for Mathematics in GCE `A’ Levels or equivalent.
- Experience in team management.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- General Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous, organised and well structured.
- Ambitious and driven by success.
- Loves 1st place.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Enterprise sales or system integrations.
