Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to overseas team to ensure financial operation is delivered according to Group financial guidelines and timelines
- Prepare and/or review monthly sub-group consolidation, analysis and reports
- Manage sub-group annual budgeting and adhoc forecasting processes
- Support investment and divestment activities
- Prepare Group reports
- Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I)
- Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, TM1, SAP, Yardi will be viewed favourably
- Experience with Korea or Australia will be viewed favourably
