What you'll do:

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play an instrumental role in driving the success of an extensive portfolio of prescription drugs.

  • Achieve or exceed territory sales targets by promoting prescription drugs.

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct regular sales calls to healthcare professionals across clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacy channels to ensure optimal frequency of engagement.

  • Implement marketing action plans effectively to meet territory objectives while proactively identifying new growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Manage end-to-end account servicing processes including order placement, product listings in hospitals, goods exchange, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborate closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in hospitals to facilitate product evaluations, secure formulary listings, and drive successful product launches.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Key Account Manager, your background should reflect substantial experience within the pharmaceutical sector—ideally encompassing therapeutic areas such as oncology or immunology.

  • At least 5-8 years’ experience working within the pharmaceutical industry with proven success in account management roles focused on innovative medication - rare disease, vaccine, oncology, or immunology considered highly advantageous.

  • Demonstrated track record as a high sales achiever who excels at managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within hospital environments.

  • Exceptional selling skills combined with strong negotiation abilities enable you to communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
