- To provide support to the Sales Department in a daily sales activity.
- Manage customer-sales related issues, customer product/service complaints.
- Prepare and update monthly product price list, manage product sales catalog.
- Prepare sales quotation and support Sales team on pricing, product information, and inventory planning.
- Performs weekly sales/stock analysis, manage purchase/stock against sales.
- Support shipping documents, and liaise with forwarder/ logistic agents.
- Keep up-to-date information on customers' database.
- General administrative duties such as handling incoming calls and filing of documents.
- Other related customer service work.
Customer Service Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office application especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and with good working attitude.
- Disciplined, diligent and able to perform under stress.
- Independent and committed with initiative.
