Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide support to the Sales Department in a daily sales activity.
  • Manage customer-sales related issues, customer product/service complaints.
  • Prepare and update monthly product price list, manage product sales catalog.
  • Prepare sales quotation and support Sales team on pricing, product information, and inventory planning.
  • Performs weekly sales/stock analysis, manage purchase/stock against sales.
  • Support shipping documents, and liaise with forwarder/ logistic agents.
  • Keep up-to-date information on customers' database.
  • General administrative duties such as handling incoming calls and filing of documents.
  • Other related customer service work.
  
Customer Service Coordinator Job Requirements:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office application especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and with good working attitude.
  • Disciplined, diligent and able to perform under stress.
  • Independent and committed with initiative.
